BEAUTY: Dry Skin 101
I may have some adult acne issues right now, but one thing I don't have is dry skin. It's legit the one thing I can't stand, whether it's on my face, lips, or the rest of my body. I found a couple beauty items that have either helped my dry skin, help with bags under my eyes, or prolong the whole wrinkle thing. Some are a little expensive, but they actually work and last a LONG time. Beauty/makeup is one thing I will def splurge on!
My Go-To Products
*Tula: I started using the Hydrating Day & Night Cream and Revitalizing Eye Cream in December and have been hooked every since. I got a small, trial size kit and I'm just now running out, so I can only imagine how long the full bottles will last! I've totally seen an improvement in my skin too, which looks more glowy & healthy. The bags under my eyes have def gone away too!
*Estee Lauder: I'm a firm believer in any Estee Lauder product. I've used the bb cream (love), moisturizers, perfume, lipgloss, and the ever so popular, Double-Wear foundation. It all works and totally worth the price tag.
*Dove DermaSeries: I've always loved using Dove products. I know a lot of people say it dries out their skin, but I've never had any issues with it. I use the bodywash and I've legit had the huge bottle for months now. It last FOREVER. haha I recently began using the Dove DermaSeries line, aka the lotion and repair cream. I had a couple dry spots on my legs and they were gone after a couple days of using it!
*MAC Lip Scrub: One of the worse things I can do with a little free time, is walk into the MAC store. It's just like when I go to Ulta. I swear I black out and come out of the store having spent $200. I mean, I know y'all can all relate. haha The last time I went in, I needed to buy some more foundation, but the woman was busy, so I ended up looking around while I waited. UHHH BIG MISTAKE. I came out with the foundation, but also came out with a couple other items as well, including the lip scrub. I use it every night after I take my makeup off and put it on ever morning before I put on my makeup. Oh, and weird fact: it smells and tastes sooo good.
*Mario Badescu Rosewater Spray: Okay so, this one is totally my roommates fault that I got hooked on this one. I've tried their drying lotion before and totally loved it, so I tried her rosewater spray one day and it was legit sooo refreshing. Ulta has a small bottle for like $7, so if you don't want to commit to a big bottle yet (just wait though, you will. haha), or want something for your purse, totally go snag one. I've linked the $7 one below!
